How To Claim Voucher

After you've created an agent account, you logged in to the dashboard and you can see your remaining balances from the dashboard. Click this View Subscription button to check your subscription status and credits balance.

 

You will be directed to the page as below,

1. Showing your current balance of credits and listing.

2. Click this Buy Package button to get reload credits

the following of this article will guide you how to redeem the voucher code upon the buying process.

 

After you clicked the Buy Package button, you will be directed to the packages choose page as shown in below screenshot.

1. You choose the package from the available options by click the select button

2. Then click the Continue button to proceed the redeem procedures.

 

After you choose the package from above and clicked the continue button, you will go to the order summery page.

1. Here you can see the voicher code box, you fill in the voucher you obtained from our marketing team here.

2. Click the verify button to validate the voucher.

 

 

After you've successful verified the voucher code, you will see as the below screenshot shown.

1. The deduction/discount amount from the voucher used.

2. Before confirm the payment, you have checked the Terms & Conditions checkbox as acknowledgement of read and understand the terms of use.

3. Then you can proceed to Confirm & Payment button below, click to complete the process.

 

Once you completed the process, you will see the transaction completed successfully messsage as shown in below screenshot.

 

Congratulation, if you reached here meaning you have successfully redempted the voucher and complete the purchased process.
